Modules

Fiber modules exhibit outstanding insulation properties at high temperatures and maintain their original soft fiber structure even at the highest continuous operating temperatures.

Fiber Modules - The Best Choice for Industrial Kiln Insulation

CCEWOOL® Fiber Module provides high-performance insulation for the inner lining of industrial heating furnaces, boilers, and kilns.

CCEWOOL® Fiber Modules demonstrate excellent performance in high-corrosion applications. The modules are available in multiple structural configurations and can be matched with different anchoring and installation systems. They can be directly applied in a wide range of industrial furnaces, thermal processing equipment, and high-temperature lining areas, helping customers achieve faster installation, more stable lining structures, and more reliable long-term operating performance.

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module, suitable for medium to high-temperature environments, offers excellent thermal insulation and exceptional chemical stability.

Classification temperatures: 2192°F (1200°C), 2372°F (1300°C)

Raw Material: Made from SiO2 (silicon dioxide), MgO (magnesium oxide), and CaO (calcium oxide), this module is designed for solubility and biodegradability in bodily fluids.

Features: It is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, providing superior thermal insulation and excellent resistance to acidic and alkaline corrosion.

Applications: Suitable for industrial furnaces, thermal processing equipment, and other medium- to high-temperature insulation applications where energy efficiency and stable lining performance are important.

CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Module

CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Module is a pre-compressed modular lining system. Designed for demanding high-temperature furnace applications, it provides strong thermal insulation performance, high-temperature resistance, and dependable structural integrity for hot-face or backup lining systems.

Classification temperatures: 2300°F (1260°C), 2550°F (1400°C), 2600°F (1430°C)

Raw Material: Composed of high-purity alumina-silicate fibers, mainly Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) and SiO2 (silicon dioxide), ensuring high temperature and chemical stability.

Features: Delivers high-temperature resistance, good mechanical integrity, low heat storage, and reliable thermal shock performance. Its pre-compressed structure helps form a tight, continuous lining and improves long-term insulation effectiveness.

Applications: Ideal for kilns, furnaces, boilers, and other high-temperature processing units that require efficient insulation, durable lining performance, and stable structural support under severe thermal conditions.

CCEWOOL® Superbloc® Monolithic Fiber Module

CCEWOOL® 1500MX Fiber Module is a microcrystalline refractory fiber module designed for long-term high-temperature service. It offers a balanced combination of heat resistance, thermal stability, and cost efficiency.

Classification temperature: 2732°F (1500°C)

Raw material: Based on an alumina-silica fiber system, this module is produced through a microcrystalline process to improve thermal performance and structural stability.

Features: Offers low linear shrinkage, excellent thermal stability, good thermal shock resistance, and reliable chemical stability under sustained high-temperature conditions.

Applications: Designed for industrial furnaces operating continuously at approximately 1350–1450°C, and particularly suitable for high-temperature forging furnaces, heat-treatment furnaces, quenching furnaces, combustion chambers, and high-temperature flue ducts.

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Fiber Module

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Fiber Module is a high-temperature module made from polycrystalline wool fiber blankets for fiber-lined furnaces operating in more severe thermal and corrosive environments. With a temperature grade of 1600°C (2912°F), it is designed for applications requiring enhanced thermal stability, long service life, and resistance to aggressive atmospheres.

Classification temperature: 2912°F (1600°C)

Raw material: Composed of Al2O3 (Aluminum Oxide) and SiO2 (Silicon Dioxide), with an Aluminum Oxide content of up to 73%, this module is engineered for high corrosion resistance.

Features: Provides excellent high-temperature stability, good corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, and long-term durability in demanding furnace environments. It is also available with multiple anchoring systems for efficient installation on a wide range of furnace linings.

Applications: Suitable for high-temperature industrial furnaces, metallurgical equipment, heat-treatment systems, and chemically aggressive thermal processing environments where conventional fiber modules may not offer sufficient long-term stability.
