CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Blanket

Our Low Biopersistent Fiber blankets offer excellent thermal insulation and superior chemical resistance, making them a great alternative to aluminum silicate fibers for certain uses.

This fiber has lower thermal conductivity, improving insulation performance by 20% over traditional materials.

It is also lighter, with high fiber content and low shot content, allowing it to replace aluminum silicate fibers effectively and reduce material weight by up to 25%.

Made from alkaline earth silicate (AES) components like SiO2, MgO, and CaO, our fiber is biodegradable and safe for both human health and the environment.

It meets the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) standards, requiring no carcinogenic warning labels. Additionally, Germany's Fraunhofer Laboratory has certified its solubility and safety, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classifies it as non-carcinogenic, underscoring our commitment to health and safety.

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Blanket

Ceramic Fiber Blankets are lightweight, strong, easy to install, have low thermal conductivity, strong heat storage capacity, and can effectively save energy. They also possess good thermal shock resistance, suitable for harsh environments.

The CCEWOOL® PUREWOOL Ceramic Fiber Blanket, a premium in the realm of ceramic fibers, is made from high-purity alumina, zirconia, and silica, with minimal impurities, whiter color, longer life, and classification temperatures of 1260°C (2300°F) and 1430°C (2600°F).

The Ceramic Fiber Blanket 2600 exhibits excellent chemical stability and strength, along with outstanding sound and thermal insulation properties, with a classification temperature of 1430°C (2600°F).

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Fiber Blanket

Polycrystalline Fiber Blankets are the ideal choice for high-temperature and chemically corrosive applications.

These fibers are manufactured using sol-gel technology, specially designed to produce fibers of specific dimensions, with an alumina content of up to 73%.

This type of blanket is more acid- and alkali-resistant than traditional fiber blankets and has excellent insulation properties. With almost no shot content, the very low shot content contributes to extremely low thermal conductivity, ensuring superior insulation performance. Its classification temperature reaches as high as 1600°C (2912°F).
